Entering the AI‑Agency Era - Next Moca was conceptualized because agents are going to be the future and every enterprise big or small will need to embrace the new digital era consisting of AI agencies. This inevitably would need businesses to transform rule based workflows into intent driven workflows where every job role that a human has would need to be complimented by an ai agent.
Given the rapid transformation in the way work evolves in the world of AI there is need for a platform that enables business to rapidly adopt to this new found super productivity. the current frameworks for writing agents are cumbersome, complex and need expertise deeper layers of the AI stack.
Next Moca bridges this gap by abstracting out the complexities of building an AI agent by providing a very intuitive intent based interfaces where agent can be spin up in a matter of minutes instead of hours.

Founder
Swanand is a product-driven inventor with a track record of bootstrapping new products, blending deep engineering with go-to-market focus. He was a Director of Product with Adobe and has served in leadership roles at Microsoft, Oracle, among others. Swanand holds an Executive MBA (Michigan Ross), an M.S. in Computer Science (USC), and a B.E. in Computer Engineering (University of Mumbai). Swanand holds multiple patents in distributed systems.

Kiran is a repeat builder, he co-founded and served as CTO of Green Piñata Toys (acquired). He has previously served as Director of Engineering at Oracle (OCI) and Brightcove and has served in leadership roles at Juniper and Cisco, among others. He holds an MBA (Babson), an M.S. in Computer Science (Penn State) and B.E. in Computer Engineering (University of Mumbai). Kiran has built and scaled world-scale services to market for customers like Bytedance and HBO.

Paru is the Founding Member of Technical Staff leading Agent Experiences at Next Moca, where she’s bringing the next generation of enterprise AI agent experiences to life. With 25+ years at Sun Microsystems and Oracle, she’s a recognized leader in UI/UX architecture, data security, and full-stack engineering. She is passionate about building intuitive, scalable, and secure experiences that bridge human creativity with intelligent automation.

Founding Member of Technical Staff, Agent Infrastructure
Priya is the Founding MTS, Agent Infra at Next Moca, where she builds the backbone that keeps our AI agents running—scalable, reliable, lighting fast and seamless.
She previously engineered planet scale systems at Sun Microsystems and Oracle, spanning data migration to cloud-native infrastructure.
Outside of work, she channels the same curiosity and creativity into building Legos, woodworking, and hiking.
